I used a simple vanilla sock pattern to knit up a good-fitting sock.

• 60 stitches around // 30 stitches each needle

• 2 at-a-time // toe up // 1 circular needle

• contrast toe

• stockinette on the foot

• pattern on the instep: P1, K2, P1, K2, P1, K2, P1, K2, P1, K4, P1, K2, P1, K2, P1, K2, P1, K2, P1

• contrast german short row heel

• back of leg pattern: K2, P2

• cuff pattern: K2, P2
